They were the most knowledgeable company I spoke with. Ironically, they also turned out to be the most reasonable. They completed the job to my full satisfaction and called me back after the job was complete to address any of my questions or concerns. About a month after installation I discovered an indentation in my lawn. Josh promptly sent a crew and repaired the area perfectly. Turns out it was a undetected sprinkler head. 5 Stars. After receiving 3 quotes we went with artificial turf guys and could not be happier. We made some changes along the way with the design and they accommodated our needs. I reached out to 10 different companies on Facebook three of them responded vaguely. ATG’s had me scheduled the same week and finished the job in 2 days. They capped my sprinklers and rerouted a drain that was pouring into the grass. They cleaned the entire area beautifully at the end. The workers were so kind and friendly. They even uninstalled and reinstalled my portable dog fencing. Above and beyond is what I will say. Also good to note that I also got a quote from Home Depot which was double what ATH charged me. We have been thinking of changing to artificial turf for a number of years, so we thought let’s give this company a call. The owner Josh was out with in 24hrs and with in a short time he had a plan to redo our backyard into stunning new area that we would want to use more often. He was confident that we would be very happy with the big change. Let me tell you, we are beyond thrilled! They started the job the next day ,they were on time, his team of guys were very polite, clean and courteous. Josh the owner was on site several times a day checking every detail of what his team was doing and if any changes were needed they were done before you could count to 100. Josh thought of every detail that needed to happen . Our back yard is pretty good size but only took 3 days to do a complete renovation with the artificial turf, putting green, palm trees ,hedges and lighting for the trees .When they left everyday the area was spotless ,they didn’t leave tools, machines or anything behind for the next days work. We like to entertain often and now with this project done it draws us out to the backyard more now than ever. Everything about dealing with Josh and his team at Artificial Turf Guy was perfect. We are so happy with the “new” back yard!! I would highly recommend giving them a call even if your considering a change or redo to your landscape.
